Job Description

The Recruiter role is responsible for supporting the full life-cycle recruitment within the regions. They collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand the business and attract top talent for CE. The role involves developing creative strategies for talent sourcing, interacting with potential candidates online, building pipelines, and conducting candidate screenings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the organization's culture and values, are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support full life cycle recruiting process, including job descriptions clarification, coordinating interviews, communicating with hiring managers, negotiating offers and onboarding candidates.
  • Proactively sources candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases and employee referrals
  • Assist in the development of innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates, inclusive of working with local/state workforce agencies and/or job fairs.
  • Builds relationships with potential candidates and maintains a pipeline of talent.
  • Work with Human Resources in streamlining the recruitment process and implementing recruitment plans.
  • Optimize Recruiting Manager (ADP) system by using dispositions, requisition status, analytics and hiring reporting.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process by extending and negotiating offers, completing appropriate administrative paperwork, and creating outstanding candidate experience.
  • Provide regional leadership with updated hiring plan on a weekly basis.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or another related field, preferred
  • Required prior experience in hourly and exempt recruitment
  • At least 5-7+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in Distribution.
  • ADP Vantage-Workforce Now is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple job openings simultaneous
