Customer Support
$85,000 - $120,000 USD yearly
As a Product Manager, you own those systems and lead the team that keeps them running and getting better. You are the person clients and internal teams come to when something needs to change, get fixed, or just be explained. You also keep the domain teams who are rebuilding this functionality on the new platform up to date on what your team is doing and why.
What You'll Do - Content Management
- Ownership & Team Leadership: Own the roadmap, the backlog, the trade-offs, and the health of these products. You have dedicated engineering capacity: set the direction, keep priorities clear, protect their focus, and hold a high bar.
- Clients & Stakeholders: Spend time with clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance. Figure out what people are actually trying to do, not just what they asked for, and be the person they trust to get it in front of the right team.
- Communication with the Domain Teams: The domain teams are rebuilding this functionality on the new platform. Tell them what your team is building and changing, what it does, and why it exists, so they can plan for it. Keep that a regular conversation, not a handoff at the end.
- Escalations & Compliance: Triage fast, prioritize, and keep stakeholders in the loop. Work with Legal and Compliance so every change holds up under FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA.
- Migration & Operational Readiness: Have a clear point of view on what stays, what moves to the new platform, and what we turn off. Sequence it and run the migrations so clients barely notice. Document how these systems actually work, and make sure Operations, Client Success, and Compliance have the runbooks, training, and metrics they need before anything ships.
Who You Are:
**Unfortunately at this time, we are are not able to sponsor any visas, now or in the future for this position**
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, with a track record of shipping things that moved revenue. Fintech, collections, lending, or other regulated financial services is a big plus, as is B2B2C experience balancing what the client configures against what the consumer sees.
- Strong with Clients & Senior Stakeholders: You are comfortable in front of clients, executives, and senior internal partners, in a room or in writing. You listen well, ask the question behind the question, and say no clearly when you need to, while leaving people feeling heard. What you hand to engineering is precise about the problem, the constraints, and what done looks like.
- Team Leadership: You set direction, unblock people, raise the bar, and own the result.
- A Fixer, Not Just a Builder: You enjoy taking something messy and making it reliable, understandable, and more valuable. You know the highest-impact product work is often the least glamorous.
- Technically Credible: You can read an integration spec, reason about data flows and dependencies, and hold your own with engineers on what a change will really cost. When you want to know how something is performing, you go look yourself.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: The path is not always marked here and the documentation is incomplete. You take conflicting inputs and partial information and turn them into solid, actionable plans.
