The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing programs that support TriNetX’s growth initiatives. This role manages key digital channels, including email, organic and paid social media, website and landing-page programs, marketing automation, and digital campaign reporting.

Working from campaign strategy, priorities, audiences, messaging, and business objectives established by Growth Marketing and other marketing stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Manager translates integrated campaign plans into effective digital experiences. The role monitors channel and campaign performance, identifies opportunities to improve engagement and conversion, and provides timely, actionable insights to strengthen marketing results.

This position represents an evolution of TriNetX’s digital marketing capability. It combines strong hands-on execution with deeper expertise in marketing automation, analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting. The role will help the marketing organization execute campaigns more efficiently, improve visibility into results, and scale digital programs in support of lead generation, pipeline development, product launches, events, webinars, thought leadership, and other company growth priorities.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing programs across email, social media, website, landing pages, and marketing automation channels.
  • Build, deploy, and manage Pardot email campaigns, nurture programs, audience segmentation, forms, and automated workflows.
  • Manage day-to-day social media execution, publishing, and promotion in support of marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Coordinate website, landing page, and SEO activities to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Establish campaign tracking, attribution, quality assurance, and reporting processes to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Monitor campaign, channel, and funnel performance; identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain digital marketing best practices, documentation, processes, and standards that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

What You Bring to TriNetX:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing email marketing and automated nurture programs.
  • Experience managing organic social media programs and supporting paid social campaigns.
  • Experience executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience using a CRM and marketing automation platform to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of campaign measurement, lead flow, conversion metrics, and marketing funnel performance.
  • Experience creating or maintaining marketing reports and using performance data to recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with website analytics, landing-page optimization, SEO, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing data, audiences, links, forms, tracking, and campaign deployments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and remote working environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to move between hands-on execution, performance analysis, and practical problem-solving.
  • Experience managing both organic and paid social media programs.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, life sciences, clinical research, healthcare data, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot.
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, formerly Pardot Specialist, strongly preferred.
  • Additional Salesforce Account Engagement or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
