Seeking an entry/intermediate level SQL/Power BI Devloper to support the development and maintenance of various business units within our Corporate Operations/Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing SQL queries, developing dashboards with Power BI, creating data models , and working with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable reporting.. Takes an active role in design, development, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Writing SQL Queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases
- Develop and maintainPower BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.
- Maintains communication with stakeholders during solution development.
- Collaborating with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions.
- Performs regular code reviews and requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Completion of a technical training program (e.g. LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience with SQL and/or business intelligence tools
- Hands on experience with Power BI
- Understanding of Data Modeling and relational database concepts
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Snowflake, or other relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Familiarity with DAX and Power Query
- Experience with Object Oriented programming such as Python
- Healthcare experience
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodolgies
